Browser and Postman do not request authentication?

Hi, I have installed this plugin on my server and I am not being asked for authentication despite restarting Apache? Any help would be appreciated.

This plugin allows rest authentication only, if you look at the code you will discover that when the correct parameters are set it will login with those parameters else it will leave the environment as is
