Read / write access to smart cards and identity cards: ISO/IEC 14443

Introduction

It would be useful to be able to read from ISO/IEC 14443 cards: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO/IEC_14443

For completeness, write access may also be considered.

Authentication using a smart card or an identity card (issued by a company or government).

Privacy & Security Considerations

Privacy should be considered. However this feature would be only available if you give permission to the website. Furthermore you can read a card only if you intentionally put it near to the device when the website is running in foreground.
