Showing observable listeners in devtools

Chrome doesn't currently show event listeners in Devtools when they are registered with .when() as opposed to .addEventListener().

Example (switch observables on an off to see the difference on the button's event listener tab):

Should observable listeners be shown the same way? Should they be marked as observable listeners,like in different colour, or something? Does it matter at all? Has anybody thought about this yet?
