Replace Selenium Assistent with WebdriverIO

Hey,

I am just a stranger that stumbled upon this and thought why not rewrite the custom Selenium setup with WebdriverIO.

WICG page says:

Also, some tests are failing in Edge and Firefox - doing some optimisations, so this is PR is work in progress.

Hey @christian-bromann!

I believe your employer joined the WICG. I that case you need to request to join and your AC representative to approve your request.

Thanks @yoavweiss for the tip, I am the AC rep and assumed I would be already a member when I join. I self nominated myself now and it now passes.

hey @christian-bromann, i appreciate the work but am not sure if I'll have the time to review it all... The polyfill is quite stable and I haven't been spending many cycles on it.
