Draft TPAC agenda for WICG call on Related Website Sets

We have a dedicated WICG session for this proposal at TPAC on Friday, September 27, 1-2pm. We'd like to solicit topics for that session.

Here is a draft agenda to begin with:

  • Discuss @DCTheTall's proposal to allow third-party vendors to request a shared partition across sites within an RWS.
  • Discuss my proposal to update the RWS submission process to modify the rationaleBySite free text fields to structured enumerations. This is also somewhat adjacent to a previous request in #28.
