As some of the things are specific to how web browsers work, we are happy to guide you.
We might have some questions and/or require updates on the ISO side for inclusion.
So in ISO case there may be free WGs published but the final TS or IS may not be free, so that would leave only prior outdated WD free and the TS/IS not free. I would suggest to avoid this that only the ISO TS/IS are included that meet all the requirements for the registry
Yeah, I agree... what I'm proposing elsewhere (link to the draft) is a pretty bad hack. We should reference the real thing, even if not public.
Does Public = Free? I assume that Public does not mean that there is no IPR issues/claims, do items in the registry need to meet W3C IPR requirements?
