Sorry to nitpick, but is the goal to register Draft 24 of OID4VP? If we have to link to it can https://openid.net/specs/openid-4-verifiable-presentations-1_0-24.html be used in case the URL in the OP starts pointing to a different revision? (Note that I don't have a good idea of how quickly new drafts can come out.)

https://openid.net/specs/openid-4-verifiable-presentations-1_0.html is now final (it's not terribly obvious but says "Status: Final" near the top).
