Flex-event explainer should have an example of report output using defaults

Since the Flexible event-level configurations explainer claims backwards compatibility, it should have an example showing what the report output will be in Full Flex if a reporting origin chooses not to opt in to the new source and trigger fields, e.g. a before-and-after given the same set of source and trigger registrations.
