Unable to download ....

Maybe I am doing wrong .. also I dont know how to get prime video license url ... I am getting this error .. any solution bro .. please help

Your video files aren't downloaded properly. Try emptying cache folder and try again

@WHTJEON cleared cache folder still same error on prime video (non hexadecimal number found in format)

for LionsgatePlay it downloads but on the time of decryption it shows "UnboundLocalError: local variable 'key' referenced before assignment"

You license URL must be wrong then. It may need extra headers or something.
