"Always on Top" Feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For people running with multiple monitors, they usually have something running on 2nd monitor, be it some notes, stream or whatever. Now, the interface of the app is really small, and I feel like it would be beneficial for ease of use to be able to pin separate windows to be "always on top".

Describe the solution you'd like Add a toggle to following windows: Main window, Relics window, Equipment window, with each toggle being responsible for said window state if it's "Always on top" or not.
