Describe the bug '&' appears as '& in item titles

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://scholia.toolforge.org/work/Q136809331
  2. Go to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q136809331
  3. Compare their titles

Expected behavior Special characters should be correctly escaped.

There is a broader data quality issue for escaped characters in Crossref metadata than just & ... I've reached out to Crossref if they can scan for these. I've also asked if they could put a flag in the json for known issues with the metadata if flagged by anyone else to allow for automated detection of questionable metadata.
