Besides things like

• Map of local experts for a topic (#197) and institutional variants thereof, I could imagine a few more, e.g.
• Map of topics that have a geolocation (perhaps separate for Earth and beyond it)
  • demo
• Map of topics of recent publications (by person/ org/ venue/ sponsor etc.)
• Map of past/ ongoing/ future conferences (perhaps filtered by topic)
• Map of places where experts on the topic have studied/ worked

Could also fit with Country aspect (#225).

I like the topic-geolocation demo. Does it take into account the "of" property (P642), as in:

https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q39478473

("Anisakidae of Western Australia")?

The demo only takes into account topics (P921) with geolocations (P625), but we should of course explore a bit what other properties make sense/ usually don't time out, and P642 could be one of them.
