Add a short, SQID-style header

It would be nice, presentation-wise, to add configurable headers/infoboxes at the top of Scholia entries as a function of an item's class. For instance:

• author: image (if available), label, identifiers (?)
• organization: image, location, a map with the location (similar to Google Knowledge panel)

This was the purpose of #69, - purhaps with a somewhat obscure heading. :)
