For example, how can we communicate example QIDs for the queries? Maybe a comment line in the SPARQL query? or in a semantic form (RDFa, JSON-LD) in the _empty.html?

I think it would be worth considering a Scholia-specific Wikibase instance that stores our SPARQL queries. This would also make it simpler to customize the usage of queries within certain aspects, e.g. I think for most purposes, the "number of pages" query on an author profile is not very useful.
