Update duplicati packages for Western Digital NAS in MyCloudOS 3 and 5

Hello everybody,

Can you help us compile the new version of duplicate for Western Digital NAS ?

I opened this issue on the duplicati github: https://github.com/duplicati/duplicati/issues/4494

I know that a version of the package has already been created on this github (https://github.com/WDCommunity/wdpksrc/tree/master/wdpk/duplicati) but the version is 3 years old and it would be nice to do a official package for this app.

Figured out. Create a link for mksapkg with source file as mksapkg-OS5 or mksapkg-OS3 as needed. If make command doesnt work, use build.sh. the bin file will be in wdspk/packages/duplicati folder. The compiled bin file is working for PR4100 as well.
