Create mono package

  • [x] create mono app
  • [ ] rework build script to fetch from my spksrc fork
  • [x] make mono a required app for Duplicati

Emby requires mono 4.8, while several other apps prefer 5.8... what to do with that?

Correction: Emby requires 5.8 now... it just needs a recent version of sqlite3 as well. See https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/59597-emby-server-for-western-digital-nas/?p=686370
