Provide a More Configurable Pickup Delay

i want to add a value to the default values for Pickup Time Delays. I would like to add 75 minutes, is that possible?

What about a standard delay plus the option for a longer delay, depending on product or category?

@jottesjs this specific change would not be a product or category this, there are other open issues for such a thing which is a much larger effort. This would be to change the drop-down to be a numeric field along with a drop-down to indicate minutes/hours/days in order to provide any number of minutes/hours/days.
