Add Plugin Option to Reserve Pickup Times for a Single Order

The plugin doesn’t reserve time slots to a single order. This would be an enhancement that we could consider adding using a plugin option that could be turned on. There may be some significant overhead to returning the available list since all future pickup orders would have to be queried to find already taken slots. There could also be an issue if any of the plugin settings for open/close & interval is changed.

Another aspect would be requiring session state to track the number of users actively choosing a time slot before checkout has been completed, or at the very least validating the pickup time slot during checkout processing and causing an error that would require a used to choose another time.

I'm also interested in this option : only one order by slot. It would be really helpfull to avoid mutiple orders for the same time pick-up (restaurant website).
