Add Pickup Date & Time on Thank You Page

@Jsushi5 & @usawhney I have confirmed that the Pickup Time is showing in emails, at least it is in my latest testing. I have also just completed the work on added a new Ready for Pickup order status and corresponding customer email notification, and the Pickup Time is also being included in that email from my testing. I will be keeping this issue open to look at making sure the Pickup Time is included in the Thank You Page.
