Independent shipping method settings

Currently, it looks like the plugin has global settings for any "local pickup" shipping method created. I would like to see those settings configured in the method itself instead. This would provide the ability to have multiple "local pickup" methods available that can be configured independently.

In conjunction with the "woocommerce conditional shipping and payments" plugin, this would allow you to specify different pickup methods for specific products.

For example: If I have a product that is only available for pickup on Saturdays. If I have a product requires an alternate Pickup Time Delay.

As it is, all methods (no matter how many are created) use the global settings configured in the woocommerce / settings / general tab.
