Image Load node is not caching?

https://i.imgur.com/Cez37YJ.png because image load node loads image every time - an entire workflow starts running, even if nothing was changed, because it thinks that a new image was loaded.

I believe this was initialize by design for text tokens. I can't remember exactly what use case was now. But it may no longer be needed.
