UI QOL Updates

1. Allow changing of colors & positions on page. Currently, the only way to do this is to delete & re-create the resource.
2. Add optional page breaks/horizontal lines to allow users to have visual breaks between resources.
3. Under the "edit radios" page, allow users to set a nickname for each resource (currently set as "Radio 0" & ascending)
