Steel beams length measurement and identification

Hi! I'm interested in a software that would be able to read structural steel plans, identity the scale, identify all wide flange beams (eg. W12x19, HS12x12x1/2), count and measure them. Also the more important aspect we'd like it to actually identify what kind of connection it has at each end (another beam, column flange or web or hs col) and based on this to generate a .cvs file. Should your software be something that would do this? Thank you. See a attached screen shoot of what I have in mind.
