haproxy behavior

Vulture 4 appliance 9 march 2020.

On the Previous Vulture3 version, the reload option on the application tab didn't touch the others application. On Vulture4, when create or modify a application, the whole haproxy service (jail here) restart. Any plan to do it without touching the other application?
