What is your feature about ? Hot Reloading all filters without restarting Darwin completely

Describe what you'd like Currently, the only way to reload all filters is to know and specify each one in the "update_filters" call to the manager. One possible improvement would be to allow reloading all filters if none is specified in the "update_filters" call.
