Hi, according to @yannick-mayeur tests it does not seem to correctly add data in lists on item creation, any idea why?

Edit: actually we can't test this correctly yet because the SmartForm is still using the v1 create. I think we may need to wait for the SmartForm to be updated to use create2 to test and merge this PR.
