VubbiScript Import Package failed

Tried to import vubbi_0.5.02.unitypackage to a new Unity Editor 2020.3.19f1 project but got an error

A meta data file (.meta) exists but its asset 'Assets/Editor Default Resources/Editor/VubbiScript/Vubbi.data' can't be found. When moving or deleting files outside of Unity, please ensure that the corresponding .meta file is moved or deleted along with it.

It seems that assets ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll, Vubbi.dll and VubbiFileIcon.png are imported but not Vubbi.data. What did I miss?
