Using Toolkit to create your own Project System

Was trying to go through the walkthrough and hitting some roadblocks. Wondering if there are examples and easy ways to do this using the toolkit? For example, .blahproj with other beginning files and folders.

Also, while following the tutorial and trying to F5 the project, I get an error dialog stating (.myproj) is not supported by this version of the application. Does this mean 2022 doesn't yet support custom CPS?
