If an organization needs a new routine, the only way to suggest it currently is by creating a routine. This is a large barrier. If you identity an issue in your organization, the quickest way to raise it would be to submit a text issue like in GitHub.

Additionally, you may want to remind yourself of an issue or something that needs to get done. It would be nice if you could jot down something quickly.

Create a note-taking system, both for yourself and organizations. Your personal notes are private, and an organization’s is public or private (depending on their preferences)
