Docker setup

Add example Dockerfile and maybe docker-compose as well when making a bot with the vbu cli commands, would be helpful for users who want to host their bots on docker, right now I make my own dockerfile which I'm fine with but adding it would be a nice addition

Not right now, but once I'm free with my workload, I'd be more than happy to do so, dunno when I'll be free though.
