Publish Serial Data Stream for other Hardware

As I am working on an Arduino implementation with an MPU6050 I need the format you send the sensor data to the processing sketch. I can't compile with winAVR. It would be really nice if you publish the format type (maybe one line of the serial stream) :) Thanks!
