The program has been discontinued! Other releases from forked repos or reuploads on websites are dangerous and likely malicious!
As to why this was discontinued. I received an email asking me to take the project down for copyright infringement (not from Valve but from a well established game publisher). While my program did not violate anything I had to comply or there would be legal action.
