Overview page of all entries in a bibtex

I'd like to use pelican-cite to easily generate an overview of all my publications; basically just diplaying all the entries from a publications file, without checking for keys. I'm aware of the awesome work that's been done on pelican-bibtex, but the original is unmaintained, there's a bunch of forks each adding some other functionality; and frankly I don't really think it's sensible to have many different codebases for bibtex handling.

So my question is, is such an overview page already possible, just not in a way I've figured out looking at the code; or is it feasible to add the functionality needed to generate it? E.g. exposing the information for direct consumption by a template. If interest in this exists, I might add it myself and send a PR.

Sorry for the slow response, but for some reason GitHub never notified me (neither by email nor on this site) of this bug being opened...

On to your question: It is not currently implemented in this software, but it seems sensible to combine the functionality of pelican-cite and pelican-bibtex into a single software.

I'm definitely interested in a PR. Off the top of my head, it seems adding a special template to a page would be the way to go. This should then be combined with the citation file override per page, so that you can use both "modes" of this software at the same time (presumably you would not need both on the same page).
