Add chain support to 3-hole z-axis lower chain support

• [x] Submitted STL files are not corrupt. (This can be tested by opening the STL in PrusaSlicer and checking if mesh errors are reported.)
• [x] Submitted STL files are oriented and scaled properly for printing.
• [x] Submitted firmware configs or slicer profiles contain no sensitive data (e.g. API keys).

When modifying another users' mod, you need to get them to post approval on the PR. Please try to contact @KiloQubit here or on discord and talk it over with them.

@Uilnaydar I'm ok with adding the extended chain support, but please move the extended_chain_support directory inside the printer_mods/KiloQubit/VORON_2.4_Z_Chain_3_Hole_Mounts/ directory instead of putting it under KiloQubit/, and then you don't need a separate entry in printer_mods/README.md. Also please remove spaces from all filenames.

Why do you have both a PNG and JPG of the part? Please keep one or the other, there's no need for both.
