Thumb...bolts?

Manual page 158 refers to the spacers as Thumb Bolts. I don't think this is accurate, I think they should be referred to as "thumb nuts" or "knurled nuts". This both better matches the BOM, and more accurately represents the object at hand.

Because I'm hyper-pedantic, I'll add that the proper nomenclature for this part is "flanged knurled-head thumb nut".
