Added an updated list of printed parts

The updated list contains references to the parts in the manuals. It includes the CW2 and Stealthburner parts. Also it helps you keep track of your progress by adding tickable boxes.

Well, alright. Tell me how to improve that problem. Any ideas? I just figured doing it that way may present a simplification for gathering an overview of what to print and how to combine…
