Update V0.0 SKR mini E3 2.0, added the missing wiring diagram; fixed the MagicStudios / Knacro SSR picture

• updated the BTT V0.0 SKR mini E3 V20 file (v00_miniE3_v20_wiring.md) reused the following from V0.1 setup: a. mini_e3_v20_Resources.md b. mini_e3_v20_RaspberryPi.md
• added missing wiring diagram
• added link to last known V0.0 klipper config file for wiring diagram
• fixed the MagicStudios / Knacro SSR picture which was using the skr mini E3 V1.2 board do I used the skr mini E3 V2.0 board and renamed the file to SKRminiE3v20_knacro_ssr_wiring_diagram.png
• added Initial Preparation - Set Jumpers pictures for Skr mini E3 V2.0
• added a check box next to each item on the MCU description so the user can check of the items as he goes, if he wants. I had to enable the check boxes to be interactive by adding a JS function to the just-the-docs.js file. New function called "enable_checkboxes();"
• Added wiring diagram for Voron V0.0 BTT Skr mini E3 V2.0
• Added the ability to download the wiring diagrams
• added the heatsink diagram to remind user to ensure that the heatsinks are installed on the stepper motor drivers
