V2 description update

The V2 description needs to be updated to be inclusive of both dual smaller MCUs and single large MCUs.

My meaning with PR was that [voron 2] is a much more complex build because it includes .. dual MCUs should be amended as the BOM was updated to Controller with 7+ Stepper outputs.

As far as I understand the ability of single vs dual MCU is more of a Klipper thing than a Voron thing. Even due it's supported it's no longer a requirement or a recommendation.
