Voron 2.4 Kraken Config

Created a BTT Kraken Config for Voron 2.4. I assissted a Voron owner in setting up their V2.4 with Kraken and BTT EBB SB2209 using katapult. Since I was helping them I took a little bit of time to create a base config for the V2.4. FYI I've also submitted a PR for the Trident with Kraken so any changes or corrections I'll make on both configs.
