Update readme.md

Readme.md should get updated with the actual install information. A lot of it could probably get copied over from the ipct forum post but the install directions should be also be updated with pictures from this fork as well as the newest deepstack docker image and best working settings.

This would be an excellent beginner issue if anyone wants to help @VorlonCD with it. I'm sure he'd accept a push or possibly even a simple file link in this issue thread. Right now I'm a bit time constrained otherwise I'd be on it!
