There are no language packs for AITOOL.

Someone even a little familiar with Visual Studio could download the code, search for the English words and replace with what you need, then recompile to a new .EXE. I think I've seen a few people either here in Issues, or on the aitool ipcamtalk thread give instructions how to do it.
