[Feature Request] Set log file location

Would like to request adding custom location for the log file, such as saving to a remote logging server.

Done: Edit AITOOL.SETTINGS.JSON and set "CustomLogFilePath" to "X:\AITOOL\LOGS" - Make sure to use double backslashes. AITool-VorlonCD-v2.0.1015.zip
