recommend that add a section on logical replication to describe how to configure pigsty.yml, enable logical replication of databases, define logical replication users, and define automatic publishing.

Pigsty does nothing special to do with logical replication so all the offcial docs applies... (postgresql, patroni, pglogical, etc...). the default replicator user can be reused for logical replication.
