Not detect newly connected monitor.

Open LeonardNgo opened this issue 5 years ago • 2 comments

I use the thunderbolt adapter in the Apple store to connect my MacBook Air to a Dell u2417h. The slider in the menu bar works perfectly when I first install the software. However, when I disconnect the monitor then reconnect it, the slider does not show the percentage, (the show percentage checkbox is ticked) which means the software not detect the newly connected monitor.

I am using Catalina 10.15.2 and Native Brightness v1.1.1

Hey, sorry this project is no longer supported. I just have no time for it. https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/nativedisplaybrightness-with-gui-fork.256152/post-1999200

MonitorControl is really great.

However, it doesn't work well on my SyncMaster P2450. It got lags and sometimes puts my display/macOS into a loop.

So yeah I still use yours. Thanks for that. :)
