Increased detail tps command

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] Right now when you do tps all it does is just say the TPS, I have seen on other plugins it displays TPS along with TPS within timeframes showing when the last tps drop was. Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. A more detailed tps command showing tps from 1 second, 10 second, 30 seconds, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes ago.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered. I've considered using a different plugin although I believe it could clash with react.
