[BUG] when changing usb a device is not followed

Describe the bug changing between usb ports (probably diferent contolers and over chipset) hardware id changes tiny bit:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. plug keyboard to one port
2. select keyboard
3. plug keyboard to other port that goes over diferent controller
4. keyboard must be selected again before working and does not work on original port

Expected behavior A id of hardware pluged into usb is used not whole path
