Some files come back zero size

I've found that downloading photos from some profiles in an album, some of the files always come back as zero length (if I delete them and try to download again they still come back zero length).

For example on beckspeeduk's profile (free to join) the album from 9th August 2017 has 6 photos, they all display fine on the web site but two of them always come back as zero size.
