Doesn't work with latest PoB Community Fork v. 2.12.3

I've updated PoB to version 2.12.3 and downloaded latest PoB-Item-Tester and they don't work together. I'm getting a message " Please uninstall and reinstall the latest version of PoB" I'm affraid of losing all my saved PoBs with a reinstall

I've downloaded latest Item Tester after the old one stopped working. It's getting stuck at Getting DPS Search.

I've seen no problems with others or myself with changes to PoB this league. Just tested against the latest and it works okay.
