Launchpad will not launch

When launching the app it errors with:

Launchpad.exe Error: Failed Line# 4492: Download(this.GetDownloadUrl0, destPath) The current thread will exit.

Running Windows 11 Latest version of Launchpad (also tried all the older versions, same or similar issue).
