Ready/outdated status can be inaccurate if you switch between versions of Launchpad

There might be several factors involved:

1. The config version (the version of Launchpad that the config was last saved with) is used
2. The build version (the version of Launchpad that last built the launcher) is used

Config date might need to update in some automated fashion, since changes are technically merged in each time Launchpad starts so the config date should always be the latest.
